Refund policy

Rules:

  • You will have to prepay in full when placing an order on the StyleUp service platform (hereinafter referred to as "us").
  • Here are the steps to cancel your order:
  • Open StyleUp > control panel > my order > changing or cancelling. Make sure you clicked the “cancel” button (on the cancellation confirmation page) and wait for our further notice to complete your cancellation.
  • We may make amendments to our refund policy due to the change of laws or other factors. We will post the revised version on our website and App. Your continued use of our service (placing orders) after the changes have been made will be deemed acceptance of the changes. Unless specified otherwise by the law, orders made prior to the revisal of refund policy still applies to the former version.
  • We have the right but no obligation to mediate when there is a dispute between customer and the shop. We reserves the right to the interpretation of any content about the return policy.

Refund types:

In order to ensure the customer’s right (to cancel the order or get a refund) and at the same time, take into account of the shop’s operating profit, the shops on StyleUp platform may choose one of the following refund types and publish it on the ordering page when offering a product or service on the StyleUp service platform. Once confirmed by us, the chosen type will be applicable to orders between the shop and its customer, and may not be changed without our prior consent. If the shop is canceling the order for any reason or unable to provide product or service due to the force majeure, customers will receive full refund excluding agency fees.

  • Flexible (Cancel within 24 Hours, get 85% of the order price):

    • If you cancel your order a full 24 hours prior to the appointed day or delivery, you’ll receive full refund excluding agency fees.
    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours prior to the appointed day or delivery, we will charge 15% of the order price as service fee, and you will receive
    • “85% of the order price excluding agency fees” as refund.
  • Moderate (Cancel within 24 Hours, get 65% of the order price):

    • If you cancel your order a full 24 hours prior to the appointed day or delivery, you’ll receive full refund excluding agency fees.
    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours prior to the appointed day or delivery, we will charge 35% of the order price as service fee, and you will receive
    • “65% of the order price excluding agency fees” as refund.
  • Strict (Cancel within 24 Hours, get 50% of the order price):

    • If you cancel your order a full 24 hours prior to the appointed day or delivery, you’ll receive full refund excluding agency fees.
    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours prior to the appointed day or delivery, we will charge 50% of the order price as service fee, and you will receive
    • “50% of the order price excluding agency fees” as refund.
